1、用记事本打开软件安装目录下的RunInfo.ini（默认路径为C:\Program Files\Mobile Broadband Modem）

2、找到[language]那一行，把“active=_en-us”改为“active=_zh-cn”即可。

SingTel的网卡也是华为生产的，所以这种方法应该同样适用于SingTel。

I’ve been heard the internet speed in Singapore is very fast, but when I came to Katong Hostel, I felt the internet speed was too slow, like a snail, I knew later that the internet in Katong Hostel was free, so, free things are not good.

I could not bear that speed, so I went to StarHub(a communication corporation in Singapore) and buy a service of wireless network. When I used it in Raffles Place, the download speed was about 450K/S, and when I used it in Katong Hostel, the download speed was about 250K/S. It’s much faster than China Mobile and Chinese ADSL.
